Store Policies

Platform for Orders:

I utilize Facebook Market Place to take orders for plant starts, and I use Facebook Messenger to take orders from customers. This ensures that I keep all orders, stock list information, and customer communication all in one place. It works best when orders are initiated through a Facebook Marketplace listing. See How to Order link in menu above for more info and links.

How I communicate and show plants:

I use Facebook Messenger connected to Marketplace plant listings to communicate with customers.  Most of my sales are completed using contactless pick-up or delivery. Once a customer finds my plant sale listing, they can click on "send message" to contact me and place an order.

If you want to view the actual stock I can send photos of individual plants for you to select specifically, but I don't have customers come to the garden in person to view the stock. This is for the safety of my children and I apologize for any inconvenience.

I do not accept phone calls regarding plant orders. Occasionally I will provide my cell phone number to a customer (in Facebook messenger chat) if necessary so we can talk over text message. But due to my schedule and all of the spam calls I tend to avoid, it is just best for me to not expect calls regarding plants.

When to arrive for Porch-Pickup Orders through Facebook:

Please do not come to pick up your plant order until I have confirmed with you that it is ready and sent a photo of your order inside a bag (with your name written on it) where it will be waiting for pick up. If I have not sent a photo of your order where it's waiting for pick up then there could possibly be a hold up, so contact me before coming! I don't want to have you waste any time! I did not have any issues for almost 2 years until recently, for the first time, so I want to make sure people new to porch pick up don't get confused like that again!  If you're new to Facebook marketplace or porch-pick up or ePay, or anything like that, please tell me so I can help! Miscommunication can be prevented.

Finding my Inventory List and Order Listing:

I will list all of my available stock here on the website, and then also post listings on Facebook Market place and in the groups I am a member of.  To view my listings on facebook, see my Commerce profile link in the How to Order link on the menu above . The profile will list all of my listings, and you can select from there. I also have a gallery here on the website of what plants I have but it may not be as up to date as Facebook.

Custom Orders:

I also take custom orders for plants before and during the spring season. (Also for fall or any other occasion). If you would like to see my full list of plants that I have seeds for, click on the Plant Varieties link in the menu above to find the list of seeds. You can pick any plants you want this way and not just from what I have left. Custom orders take around 30-45 days to grow before they are ready for pick up--so custom orders are best in the beginning of the season (from February to May) especially for tomatoes. I still prefer to use Facebook Messenger to discuss and facilitate the order. I also can take orders for seeds or garden supplies.

Customers without Facebook Accounts:

If you do not have an active Facebook account open to use for ordering, please contact me using the Form on the How to Order page, or by sending an e-mail. Orders not using Facebook have certain requirements.

I can take orders for seeds if you want a small amount of seeds for a few different plants, depending on stock. I ship seeds through mail. Contact for more info.
